1. Confirming Your Order

Once you place an order, our team will give you a call to double-check everything and make sure the items are ready to go.

  • Quick Note: If we can’t reach you on the phone within 3 days, we’ll have to cancel the order so other customers can have a chance to buy those items.

2. Payment & Getting Started

All our prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

  • To Lock in Your Order: For both inside and outside Dhaka, we ask for the delivery charge to be paid in advance. This helps us know you’re serious about the order and covers the courier’s initial cost.

  • The Rest: You can pay the actual price of the product comfortably using Cash on Delivery (COD) when the delivery man arrives at your door.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We know you’re excited to get your products! Here’s how our shipping works:

  • Inside Dhaka: 80.00৳ (Expect it within 1-3 days).

  • Outside Dhaka: 130.00৳ (Expect it within 3-7 days).

  • Heavy Items: If your order is extra heavy or bulky, the shipping cost might go up a bit. If that happens, we’ll call you and chat about it before we send it out.

  • Pro Tip: Please check your package in front of the delivery person. It’s the best way to make sure everything is perfect before they leave.

4. Returns & Your Peace of Mind

If something isn’t right—like a damaged or wrong item—please reach out to us within 24 to 48 hours.

  • A Small Request: We always suggest our customers record a quick "Unboxing Video" when opening the parcel. It’s the easiest way for us to verify any issues and get them fixed for you immediately.

  • For Your Safety: Because we deal with health and hygiene products, we can’t accept returns for items that have already been opened or used, unless they arrived damaged.
