Return and Refund Policy (Ayumart BD)
At Ayumart BD, we value our customers and strive to provide high-quality medical equipment and Ayurvedic products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below:
1. Return Eligibility
You may return products only if:
The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
The product is unopened, unused, and remains in its original packaging.
The return request is made within 24-48 hours of receiving the product.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items cannot be returned:
Opened or used products (especially Ayurvedic medicines or hygiene-related medical devices), unless they were found defective at the time of delivery.
Products with broken security seals, missing original tags, or missing accessories.
3. Mandatory Checking During Delivery
To ensure a smooth return process, we strictly advise customers to:
Check the product thoroughly in front of the delivery person.
If the product is damaged or incorrect, please notify the delivery man immediately and contact our hotline while he is still present.
We strongly recommend recording an "Unboxing Video" while opening your package. this serves as vital proof for any claims regarding missing or damaged items.
4. Process for Returns
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Provide your Order Number and a clear photo/video of the defective or incorrect product.
Our team will verify your claim and provide instructions on how to send the item back to us.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed via your original payment method (e.g., bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer) within 7-10 working days.
Note: The advance delivery charge is generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product sent by us).
6. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged product and wish to exchange it for a fresh unit of the same item, please contact us. We will arrange the replacement as soon as the original item is returned to our office.
7. Shipping Costs for Returns
Our Error: If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us, Ayumart BD will bear the shipping costs.
Customer Preference: If you wish to exchange or return a product for personal reasons (and it meets eligibility), the return shipping cost must be borne by the customer.
