রোগ নির্দেশনা ও সেবনবিধি/ব্যবহারবিধি: রোগ নির্দেশনা: বদহজম ও পাকস্থলীর গোলযোগ, বমি বমি ভাব, সর্দি, কাশি, মাথাব্যথা, পেশীর ব্যথা, পোকা-মাকড়ের দংশন, নিউমোনিয়া, কানব্যথা ও দাঁতব্যথা। সেবনবিধি: বদহজম ও পাকস্থলীর গোলযোগ, বমি বমি ভাব, সর্দি, কাশি: ৩-৪ ফোঁটা কুলজম ১ গ্লাস গরম পানিতে মিশিয়ে দৈনিক ২-৩ বার পানীয় হিসেবে। মাথাব্যথা, পেশীর ব্যথা, পোকা-মাকড়ের দংশন: আক্রান্ত স্থানে হালকা ভাবে কুলজম মালিশ করুন। কানব্যথা: সামান্য গরম তেলের সাথে ২/১ ফোঁটা কুলজম মিশিয়ে কানে দিন। দাঁতব্যথা: তুলায় কয়েক ফোঁটা কুলজম লাগিয়ে আক্রান্ত দাঁতের গোড়ায় রাখুন।

Each 5 ml contains-
- Camphor: 1.61 gm
- Thymol: 0.81 gm
- Menthol: 0.40 gm
- Eucalyptus oil: 0.52 ml
- Pine oil: 0.26 ml
- Caraway oil: 0.26 ml
- Anisi oil: 0.19 ml
- Tincture of ginger: 0.19 ml
Earache: Instill 2 drops of this preparation mixed with 2 drops of sesame (til) oil into the affected ear, 2-3 times daily.
Cough, Cold and Catarrh: Instill 2 drops of this preparation mixed with 2 drops of sesame (til) oil into the nostrils, twice a day. Massage the oil gently on the neck and chest.
Insect Bites, Burns and Scalds: Apply this preparation with a cotton wool swab on the affected part.
Itching and Scabies: Apply this preparation mixed with lemon juice and sesame (til) oil on the affected part.
Nose Bleeding: Instill 2 drops of this preparation mixed with 2 drops of sesame (til) oil into nostrils twice a day.
Pneumonia and Lumbago: Melt a little beeswax in sesame (til) oil and when cold, mix 4 drops of this preparation to it. Massage the oil gently on the affected part.
Stomach Troubles: Indigestion, flatulence, loud eructation, loose motion, vomiting, nausea and dysentery take 3-4 drops of this preparation with cold water, 3-4 times daily.
Cholera: 2-3 drops of this preparation mixed with cold water for 2-3 times a day.

কান ব্যথা: ২ ফোঁটা তিলের তেলের সাথে ২ ফোঁটা এই ওষুধ মিশিয়ে আক্রান্ত কানে দিন; দিনে ২-৩ বার ব্যবহার্য।
কাশি, সর্দি এবং নাক দিয়ে পানি পড়া: ২ ফোঁটা তিলের তেলের সাথে ২ ফোঁটা এই ওষুধ মিশিয়ে নাকের ছিদ্রে দিন; দিনে দুবার ব্যবহার্য। এছাড়া ঘাড় ও বুকে আলতোভাবে এই তেল মালিশ করুন।
পোকামাকড়ের কামড়, পোড়া এবং গরম কিছুতে ঝলসে যাওয়া: তুলার সাহায্যে আক্রান্ত স্থানে এই ওষুধটি লাগান।
চুলকানি এবং খোস-পাঁচড়া: লেবুর রস ও তিলের তেলের সাথে এই ওষুধ মিশিয়ে আক্রান্ত স্থানে লাগান।
নাক দিয়ে রক্ত পড়া: ২ ফোঁটা তিলের তেলের সাথে ২ ফোঁটা এই ওষুধ মিশিয়ে নাকের ছিদ্রে দিন; দিনে দুবার ব্যবহার্য।
নিউমোনিয়া এবং কোমরের ব্যথা: তিলের তেলে সামান্য মোম (beeswax) গলিয়ে নিন এবং ঠান্ডা হলে তাতে ৪ ফোঁটা এই ওষুধ মেশান। আক্রান্ত স্থানে আলতোভাবে এই তেল মালিশ করুন।
পেটের সমস্যা: বদহজম, পেট ফাঁপা, জোরে ঢেকুর ওঠা, পাতলা পায়খানা, বমি, বমি বমি ভাব এবং আমাশয়ের ক্ষেত্রে ঠান্ডা পানির সাথে ৩-৪ ফোঁটা এই ওষুধ সেবন করুন; দিনে ৩-৪ বার।
কলেরা: ঠান্ডা পানির সাথে ২-৩ ফোঁটা এই ওষুধ মিশিয়ে সেবন করুন; দিনে ২-৩ বার। প্লেগ ও অন্যান্য মহামারী: পরিবারের সকল সদস্যের প্রতিদিন ২-৩ বার ঠান্ডা পানির সাথে এই মিশ্রণের ৩-৪ ফোঁটা করে সেবন করা উচিত।
