ডাইকেয়ার খাওয়ার শুরুতে যারা ঔষধ খান, উনারা ঔষধ নেওয়া বন্ধ করে দিন বা পরিমাণ কমিয়ে দিন এবং যারা ইনসুলিন গ্রহণ করেন, উনারা ৮-১০ পয়েন্ট পর্যন্ত ডোজ কমিয়ে ঔষধ গ্রহণ শুরু করুন। প্রতি ২/৩ দিন পর পর সুগার লেভেল পরিমাপ করে উপরের চার্ট অনুযায়ী ডাইকেয়ার গ্রহণ করুন। ইনশাআল্লাহ, ১৫ দিনের মধ্যে ডায়াবেটিস নিয়ন্ত্রনে চলে আসবে।
