Shipment and Delivery Policy of Ayumart BD.
At Ayumart BD, we are determined to give a transparent and trustful shopping experience. We have our shipping and delivery terms, which are as follows:

1. Shipping Costs & Methods
Within Dhaka: 80.00৳. (1-3 Business days).

Beyond Dhaka: Delivery fee 130.00৳. (3-7 Business Days).

Precautionary Notice: Cargo should be shipped at average weight as the freight costs will be charged accordingly. In case the product is heavy or bulky, extra shipping costs could be borne. We will call to verify any additional charges to you before sending.

2. Confirmation of the Order (Advance Payment)
To verify your order, you have to pay the delivery bill in advance. * Delivery charge should be received before any order will be processed and confirmed.

Mode of payment: The balance amount (product price) will be distributed through Cash on Delivery (COD) to the delivery man.

3. Checking during Delivery (Product Verification)
We are concerned about your satisfaction. We highly recommend our customers to:

Make sure that the product is still intact and it is what you ordered.

In case something is wrong, then inform the delivery man and call our hotline.

4. Order Processing Time
Orders received within 1-2 working days after the advance delivery charge received. A notification will be given to you when your package is on its way.

5. Missing or Damaged Items
In case of damaged goods or missing goods, then you have to report the same to us within 24 hours. To have a hassle-free claim procedure, we would suggest you capture an unboxing video when opening up the package.

6. Delivery Timeframes
The estimated delivery time is liable to fluctuation as a result of the unplanned events such as extreme weather, vacation, and logistical problems. We appreciate your patience.
